We want a caravan for about a year whilst we renovate a house do you offer a buy back service?

We do offer a buy back service, the price of which will be fairly based on the age and condition of the unit after usage.  We are happy to come and visit and provide a buy back price.

If I buy a caravan for a holiday home where can I put it?

Our industry experience and contacts enable us to provide prospective purchasers with a limited range of contacts who may have availability.

Will I need planning permission to place a caravan on my own land?

We always advise purchasers to contact their local planning office prior to purchase

What kind of facilties can I expect from a modern static caravan?

We offer a range of caravans to suit all budgets but the newer more modern units now boast all the comforts of home with 240volt electric, central heating, double glazing and even a fully plumbed washing machine.

What are the most common sizes of used static caravans available?

The smallest units start at 28 by 10 feet, going up to the larger units which are on average 35 feet x 12 feet although there are some larger ones available

What payments methods do you accept and what deposit is needed to secure a unit?

A 10% deposit will secure any unit.  We accept deposists by credit or debit cards, cash or cheque.  Full payment needs to be made by cash. cheque or debit card.  A credit card will carry a 2.8% charge is used for full payment due to bank costs.
